Terms and conditions

The owner of the website and the internetshop www.parkanex.pl is the company Parkanex Sp.zo.o. Targowisko 501 32-015 Kłaj.

Prices
The prices listed in the internetshop are both netto and brutto due to the different taxes VAT on different products.

Conditions of delivery
The transport is realised by the transport company ROHLIG SUUS. 

Transport fees:

• If the total netto amount of the invoice including the discounts is lower than 1000,00 Zloty, we charge a transport fee of 97,56 zł netto (120,00 zł brutto). Parcels up to 30kg – delivery costs : 24,59 PLN net price (30 PLN gross price)   
• If the total netto amount of the invoice including the discounts is higher than 1000,00 zł, the transport is for free. These transport fees are only valid for deliveries in Poland. For transports abroad we ask you to contact us by phone in order to check every detail of the delivery.

Method of payment
For deliveries abroad we accept only payment in advance. After you have received the proforma invoice we kindly ask you to transfer us the money onto our bank account. When we receive it, we prepare your order for being picked up for transport. If you pick up your goods by yourself you can of course pay cash in our shop.

Realization of the order
Your order will be realized within more or less 5 working days. In individual cases when a product isn’t available at the moment or when the order needs adaptation from our side, the realization of the order can last a little bit longer. Of course we consult this with our clients. We would also like to inform you that if a product isn’t available at the moment we take us the right to annul the unavailable product from the order. In the case you want us to organize the transport for you please contact us by phone to check every detail of the transport.

Invoices
In the case you need an invoice, we would kindly ask you to fill out all the necessary fields in the formular. The same way works for a receipt. If the address of delivery should be different from the address stated on the invoice, please fill out the additional fields.
Clients who intent to cooperate with us are obligated to send us the company’s documents by fax including the extract of the register of companies, trading licence, tax number and the copy of the ID of the company’s owner.
 

Queries and return
According to the consumer’s law, article 2.1, act from the 2nd of March, 2000 the client can withdraw from the contract in written form if the product can cause harm or is damaged.
The client can terminate the contract within 10 days, counted from the day on which the product was bought.
The money for the product will be refunded by credit transfer, the transport costs won’t be refunded.
For the, in our shop available products you’ll get guarantees including the individual information for every product, described in the certificate of guarantee.
Queries have to be made in written form, including the invoice or the receipt.
